1. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sealed products/collectibles or virtual sales of code cards. Once these items have been purchased, they are considered final sale. ( I will always try to make it work for my customers regardless of the situation).
2. Returnable Items: Accessories and non-collectible items may be returned within 14 days of order confirmation. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
